BOOKING
When booking your appointment, please let us know what treatments you will be receiving. We book appointment lengths based on your treatments and want to be sure there is plenty of time for you to get everything done that you want.
The easiest way to book an appointment is to contact us at [email protected] or text 617-433-8755. We will reply with our current availability. Availability is subject to change as clients are constantly being scheduled. Times offered are not guaranteed: we will do our best to find a time that works for you.
CONSULTATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
We do our best to ensure you are getting the best treatment recommendation for your desired results. Sometimes this will require more product than you expect or want to purchase. Should you choose to do less product than recommended, understand you may not see full results.

We make every effort to keep our treatments and pricing updated on the website and Facebook page. However, treatment availability and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
We offer a $50 referral bonus in the form of an account credit when you refer a friend. They must make (and keep) an appointment for you to receive credit.
We honor offers and gift cards through Alle, a savings program through Allergan, the makers of Botox and the Juvederm family of fillers, and points through Xperience, a savings program through Merz, makers of Xeomin.
We are excited to offer various promotions throughout the year. You can find out about promotions by joining our mailing list or by following us on Facebook or Instagram. Some promotions will require you to be a member of Alle. If a promotion is listed as being for a specific date, the promotional price will be valid on that date ONLY.
BOTOX "PARTIES" AND GROUP APPOINTMENTS
We love when people share the experience! We are happy to offer a discounted rate to parties of five or more. We can provide invitations for you to send to potential guests. When booking a group appointment, we will need an initial count so we can book the appropriate length of time. A week before the party, we will need a confirmed head count where you provide names and emails of all attending. Please be advised that no-shows on the day will disqualify you for discounted treatments if it results in your group number dropping below five.
PRE-APPOINTMENT
There is nothing specific you need to do to be prepared for your injection treatments. However, to minimize the likelihood of bruising and swelling, there are a few things you can do.
About a week before your appointment, stop taking medicines and herbal supplements that thin the blood. This includes aspirin, Motrin, ibuprofen, Excedrin, fish oil or Vitamin-E, ginkgo biloba, garlic, ginseng and green tea. NOTE: If your doctor has prescribed medications such as warfarin or heparin, or has advised an aspirin regimen, DO NOT STOP TAKING YOUR MEDICATION.
Avoid alcohol for 1 to 2 days prior to your appointment.
Avoid excessive heat and exercise the day of your appointment, and for the remainder of the day post-appointment.
Even taking these precautions, it is very common to have bruising, swelling, lumps and bumps with any injection. Therefore, we do not recommend having a treatment less than two weeks before a big event.
LATE ARRIVALS
We are not a spa with daily availability. This means appointment days are generally booked pretty tight. If you are going to be late, please let us know. We will make every effort to fit in your full appointment, but we will not delay the next client to accommodate your late arrival. This may mean a shortened appointment (for example, receiving Botox only and rescheduling a date to do filler) or you may be asked to wait until you can be fit in around other appointments that day. Please be courteous of our time and our other clients' time: multiple late arrivals may be subject to a required deposit to book appointments.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
Please give at least 24 hour's notice for cancellations. During our busiest times of the year (Thanksgiving - New Years and Late April - Early June), please really consider if you will be able to make your appointment before you schedule. Of course we understand things come up and you have to cancel now and then, but if cancellations become excessive (back-to-back cancellations, for example) we will require a non-refundable $50 deposit to schedule going forward. This will be used toward your appointment, but will not carry over if you reschedule and will not be refunded if you cancel.
If you have a single no-show, we will require a $50 deposit to schedule going forward. If you are a no-show for a second appointment, we reserve the right to no longer provide services to you.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and Refresh by Julie gift certificates. We do not accept checks. We do not accept care credit or insurance.
TOUCH UPS
We understand the panic you may feel if you see lumps and bumps, if a treated area looks uneven, or if it looks as though your Botox didn't take. However, as none of these treatments are instantaneous, we do not book touch ups any sooner than two weeks after your treatment. A lot of times it will settle and even out in that time frame. Feel free to send us an email with your concerns and we will follow up at the two week point and see if you need to come back for a touch up.
REFUNDS
All treatments and services are non-refundable.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. If you have any of the following illnesses or conditions, it is not advised for you to receive Botox.
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Disorder of the peripheral nerves that cause movement, Myasthenia Gravis, progressive muscle weakness with carcinoma, conditions where one object appears as two or more objects, double vision, blurred vision, food poisoning due to improperly canned or preserved food, drooping of the upper eyelid, infection of lung from inhaling stomach contents, significant decrease of lung function, voice disorder, hoarseness, difficulty speaking, trouble breathing, difficulty swallowing, problems with bladder control, feeling weak, numbness, autoimmune diseases, hepatitis, Eaton Lambert Disorder.
Additionally, it is not advised to have Botox or other injectables if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are currently undergoing treatment for cancer, including maintenance treatment, or if you have recently completed treatment for cancer, please discuss medical aesthetic treatments with your oncologists. Even if you are no longer receiving treatments for cancer, your doctor may advise against any treatments for a particular length of time.
Please advise us of any and all medical conditions prior to receiving treatment. We reserve the right to ask for written consent from your doctor if we have any concerns about possible adverse reactions or interactions.
PRIVACY POLICY
Refresh by Julie will not share client information with anyone without your consent. There may be times we ask for photographs of your before and after, or photographs of areas of concern. These will never be posted on social media, our website, or in print without your consent.
We will not share client information with other clients. When you receive a referral credit, you will not be told who it was who gave your information. If they choose to share that information with you, they may do so.
